An experimental singer/songwriter, Buckler encompasses acoustic sounds while adding a touch of technology to his repertoire, manufacturing his own accompanying instrumentation with a synthetic sophistication. Self-taught on the guitar, one can appreciate the skills he manifests with his arrangements. His solo efforts captivate audiences with a simple construction, yet exhibits a complicated performance of percussive bass lines giving way delicately to soft melodic phrases and vocals. He has matured into a lyrical style of his own, and self released his debut album, “Like that of the Coral. ” It was written, recorded and produced by the artist and has proven to be a multi-layered exploration of the many genres fused under the common banner of sound.
