Following on from last spring’s release Good King Of Cats - an exercise in minimal folk pastoralism (or something) The Pleasure Cruisers strike a darker note in this, the score for a short film called Fear of Dreams. Although a departure from the happy sounds of their last release, FOD further develops their use of acoustic sounds to create richly layered compositions.
