Biography

miimi is a female fronted Japanese Post-Rock band formed in Tokyo, Japan in 2002 by band leader Hanai Yuko, working with a baseless guitar trio sound.

Current members began work in 2005.

Members:
Vocals and Guitar - Yuko Hanai
Guitar - Shinya Arai
Baritone Guitar - Masahiro “Masa” Watanabe
Drums - Kentaro “Ken” Iwase

Their self-produced shows have a sense of its own sensibility.

They may sound innocent, but their PV expression is more abundant, songs like 光と影 are mainly recognized.
