Few DJ’s can claim to have had a residency at The End, Fabric, The Cross and Ministry of Sound … Miguel Pellitero can.
After relocating to London in 1994 from his native Madrid and ditching his law degree for the more fulfilling sound engineering one, Miguel started causing a bit of a stir in the London scene that brought him to a two year residency at the End and AKA.
From there a five year weekly residency on Fridays at The Cross and Sundays at Fabric, saw Miguel catapulted to the international front.
From Paris to Miami, Moscow to Ibiza, Sao Paulo to Warsaw, Miguel travelled the world promoting his two compilations for Obsessive (Sony/BMG) that took him to the number 3 and 1 of the dance albums chart in the UK.
With over two decades of experience behind the decks and releases on Twisted US and Stereo labels amongst others, Miguel is concentrating now on the international front with visits including Poland, France, Philippines, India, Russia , Italy and Spain.
Miguel’s radio show at Ministry of Sound radio has been graced by guests including Dj Linus, John Digweed, Hernan Cattaneo, Chus & Ceballos, Danny Howells, Dave Seaman, Nathan Fake and The Bays.
With a blend of Electronic House, panning from Deep through Progressive, aiming to sometimes make you lost but always make you dance, Pellitero’s passion shines through heavy basslines and shimmering melodies.
