Gdańsk, Poland (2007 – present)

Metmass is a solo instrumental (thus far) project of Grzegorz Sokólski from Gdańsk, Poland. Since 2007 Metmass has been exploring both guitar-driven (metal/punk/rock) and computer-driven (electronic/ambient) music following current emotions and new ideas in a DIY manner.

Phase 1 - establishing the metal/punk/rock sound:
[ drums, guitars, bass ]

01 - Divine Psychosis (2008)
02 - 2009 EP (2009)

Phase 2 - minimalistic, abstract, isolated, dreamy voyages:

[ clean guitar, delay, effects, keyboards ]

03 - Isolation (2010)

Phase 3 - various electronic music (from ambient to dance):
[ computer based - synths, beats, textures; exploration and pure fun ]

04 - Otherworld EP (2011-02)
05 - Far (2011-03)
06 - Come EP (2011-05)

Currently there are several projects in the works, most importantly Alive - a colorful metal album that is set to include vocals for the first time.
