About this album
‘Faux’ is the official FREE RELEASE by experimental electronic artist Matt Middleton/Crude for 2009. Based in Dunedin, New Zealand , Middleton has amassed an impressive back-catalogue of works, and every so often a title is released for free via the net. As with the free release from 2008, ‘syringe/insekt’, the album is the first selection of works for the year and will be included in the official Crude release ,(not free :), a data dvdr featuring all videos, blogging, and music recorded by Matt Middleton for 2009, released in December.
In 2008, the DVD was titled ‘l’archivio dei lavori…’ This year , the dvd will simply be entitled ‘Archive 2009’.
