Biography
Kid Dop3 (Dermont Gray) is an 18 years young rapper hailing from a small suburb, New Britain, outside of Hartford, Connecticut. Born and raised in Hartford, Gray moved to his suburb in first grade. In a couple of years, when he was in fifth grade, Gray started exploring the hip-hop genre. He listened to Ludacris, T.I., and Cassidy’s battle raps. It inspired him to start freestyling. Gray got serious about rapping in his senior year of high school. Since then, he has released 3 mixtapes: Dose of Dopeness, Welcome to the G.O.L.D. Club, and Dose of Dopeness 2. Gray’s passion for rap can be heard in all of his songs, as he consistently pushes out new content for his fans. Gray has a new mixtape, Balance, coming out July 10, 2012.
