Biography
Jake’s musical identity is inseparable from his name. A keyword search in any search engine will show you that. He’s travelled the world, playing shows and open Mics across the US, in Europe and New Zealand, where he currently resides. His style is that of the tireless wanderer, the balladeer, and the story teller.
When backed by his Seattle-based band, his shows are lively, tight and all-inclusive. The group, comprised of drummer Mike West (Previously from Funk/Fusion group “Phathom”) and Upright Bassist Ramon Salumbides (from Speed-Metal powerhouse “The Art of Self Defense”), is as musically gifted as they are varied in background, giving every chart, whether a cover or one of Jake’s originals, the right chemistry and composition to keep even the rowdiest of bar-crowds engaged and entertained.
