From finding a distinct like in the heavier side of rock Evenblue was formed in 1998 by brothers Scott & Tim.

The Band started out playing around Tamworth and Nuneaton, doing the rounds, then stretching out further a field playing larger more prestigious venues, but still staying pretty much based in the midlands. Changing drummers only once, as Paz (Matt Parish)was the 3rd member of the Blue for the majority of this time. Over the years we have continued to write and have always been drawn to the allure of the big riffs. What gives Even Blue some diversity is the different writing styles, one very much quirky disjointed, contradictory against a intricate precise big song style, this always keeps things fresh. Over the last three years we have been away from the scraping unsigned meat market and have been concentrating on recording and producing our own stuff. We finally hope to hear our songs like they have always sounded in our heads. So far its looking good.
