Disphonia is a new Athens based DJ/ Producer duo formed in 2006 by Kostas Nomikos and George Roubinis. Both involved in the “Funxion Crew” promotion / dj collective and influenced mainly by the sounds of Kemal & Rob Data, Ed Rush & Optical, Bad Company, BSE, Stakka & Skynet, Matrix, Photek, Teebee and Cause 4 Concern within the drum n bass scene and a big number of artists from every genre of music, they decided to build their own studio and begun experimenting and manipulating audio that may one day end up as what Disphonia stands for: a group of unique sounds, resulting in small dialogues, arguing, or agreeing with each other.

Dj Nliam got into electronic music at early age.It’s worth mentioning that he played a major role in foundation of Clubzone.gr. Been co - founder and Resident Dj of Funxion an Athens based drum ‘n’ bass promotion crew which born back in 2001. He organised and appeared at events with international guests (Black Sun Empire, Dj lee, Chris SU, Complex, Optiv C4C, Teebee, Phace, Nocturnal, Evol Intent) in various Athens clubs such like Bios, Mad, 122, Zoo, Danza, Loop, Chroma Xrwma and around Greece at the cities of Thessaloniki, Patra, Xanthi, Drama, Seres. Nliam also performed at Switzerland, Netherlands, London UK, Brighton UK alognside guests as Dj Dara, Black Sun Empire, Bad Company UK, Illskillz, Optiv Cause 4 Concern, Complex, MC Verse.
