Dead Sky Valley is a band from Berlin, Germany.
It was formed by Christian Reisswig (vocals, guitar, piano, synthesizers) and Johannes Baehr (bass, piano, vocals, lyrics) in the fall of 2005. Both of them have been playing together in bands for nearly 12 years and after 2 years of doing nothing they decided in a drunken, hazy night to record the song “So long, Dave” together. They finished their first 11-track demo in the summer of 2006: “Theory: Exit, Wave”. In the summer of 2008 “Dream Impression, Redundant Tongue” was finished. By the end of 2009, they finished their latest album
“Sci-Fi”.

Their sound is a blend of , , , as well as metal and movie .
