Crash-symptom originally started composing industrial ambient music for use as backing tracks to various multimedia projects. It was put on the back burner for a while and System Incarna was conceived with Mathew Fink now of Jim Neversink on keyboards and programming and Raymond Ross who is currently heading up Ankst on guitars although only one song was completed the studio experience proved invaluable. Crash later went on to DJ alongside DJ Exit 337 under the handle of DJ Slave6oy a pseudonym under which he also created hard, dark trance.

Growing up in South Africa in the final years of Apartheid, living under the threat of Terrorist attacks and the governments’ state of emergency measures, led crash to develop distaste for hypocritical political parties, fascist groups and crash-symptom as current guise as an aural reaction to contemporary situations in the global political and economic environment.
