“The Inimitable Mr Khan” is something of a lone wolf, a wandering bug eyed pup who skirts around the edges of reasonably respectable society much the same way mad drunks hang around outside banks to pester their clientelle. However, these bad lands offer a most excellent view of the world about, and what better place could there be to observe those wicked and selfish ways of others and the unforgiving world at large?

Playing bawdy pubs, stylish cocktail bars, chaotic house parties, respectable wine bars, sleazy burlesque clubs, and established music venues alike, Mr Khan and his merry band of freaks and wierdos, ply their trade about London, entertaining, shocking, and unsettling audiences in and around the old city.

Recorded largely from whatever was available at the time in a rough shod manner indicative of his crazed disposition, “How We Divide The Cake” is a short noveletto about love, madness, promiscuity, deviancy, and the social problems of latter day Victorian society. This release saw Mr Khan develop something of a cult following around London, as well as generate a few whispers throughout the country, with the word slowly spreading.
