Wu is a new free-jazz/improvised music trio hailing from Dunedin, New Zealand.
The players - Alex MacKinnon (guitars, wind, electronics), Lee Noyes (drums and percussion) and Matt Middleton (tenor sax/clarinet/shawm) . With several solo/band projects of their own on the boil, the Wu project comes together in the spirit of musical spontaneity and absolute expression.
