Biography
Cat ‘n’ Bex aka ZIRENZ, ARIA Project, TRIPEZIUM and Vox Twins are a new female vocal writing and production duo to the UK dance scene. , house and vocal happy hardcore projects have stoked interest from all areas of the dance world releasing tracks on a mixed variety of dance labels such as Mondo Records, Elevation Records, Hecttech Records, Emotive Sounds, A Sate Of Trance Records, Afterglow Recordings, United Recordings and Dance Street Records to date. Their vocals have been compared to Chicane’s track “Saltwater” and quoted as “Atmospheric, Luscious, Beautifully abstract, Spine-tingling, Heart wrenching, Fresh and Unique”. Cat ‘n’ Bex have been working together since 2003 and have won an “Honourable Mention Award” from the world renowned John Lennon Songwriting competition 2004, for there track “Underworld Nation”.
Their debut track “Tears Of An Angel” has received several remixes including remixes by B.P.M, Ian Betts which received a 5/5 review in IDJ Mag Nov 2004 and became a KISS 100 anthem being heavily supported by DJ legend Graham Gold. Now in 2005 under the aka name of ARIA Project they commissioned Hemstock & Jennings to do a new remix which has had support from Armin Van Burren ASOT, John O’Callaghan and DJ Choose “This tune is so damn beautiful”.
