Zerlina is a one-man ambient music project, started by Trent Collignon (member of The Demo Saou).
Trent always was and still is a great fan of ethereal fantasy music, and also of themes. So after The Demo Saou finished the electronica album Kids Songs Goin’ Electrik in early 2007, he decided to take the full-electronical music a step further, creating themed songs and melodies (based on both an RPG from a Final Fantasy forum, and on one single story from the world of J.R.R. ).

This resulted in the album Palis. Originally intended as a soundtrack to a video game made by another member of the forementioned Final Fantasy forum, it quickly grew into an independent project instead of working in one direction as a composer.
Afterwards, continueing a lot of experiments involving electronica recordings, Trent has been making the following albums:

1. Palis (2007)
2. Demo (2007)
3. MIDI Series (2007)
As the title says, a series of various try-outs of chiptune music.
4. Gates of Arda (2007)
Back to basing songs on the fictional universe of Tolkien.
5. This Is What It Sounds Like To Be Inside A Computer (2007)
A collaboration demo EP with the British composer Silverline.
6. Fable (2007)
Just like with the album Palis, a mix of electronic styles and fantasy influences were combined.
7. Silmarillion (2008)
Demo recordings forming the soundtrack to the non-existing movie adaptation of the book by Tolkien ‘The Silmarillion’.
8. My Silent Ballet (2008)
Another collaboration try-out, this time with Skibord.
