Mescalero is the fourteenth studio album by American blues-rock band ZZ Top, released in 2003. The title marks a return to the band’s earlier Tejano-inflected album titles, such as Fandango!, and is their first since El Loco. Its name derives from the Mescalero tribe of New Mexico.

I really like this album. However, the version I have is edited (swear words fuzzed out), which is weird since I bought it at Best Buy. I also haven't been able to find an unedited version anywhere else. Does one exist?

My favorite they did since Fandango. Don't get me wrong. I own pretty much everything they have recorded-more than any other band or artist, I think. This was just a surprising (late) highlight to a very long career. Love it!
