One of Anoice projects.

Yuki Murata is a pianist/composer in Tokyo, Japan. Since her childhood, she had been learning various styles of piano and then studied composing music in, not only Japan, but also France and Canada. During this period, she was awarded top prizes in various piano competitions such as the PTNA Piano Competition and International Piano Duo Competition, as a classical pianist.

She debuted as the member of Anoice which is a Tokyo-based neo-classical/post-rock music group. Anoice has released three albums worldwide on Ricco Label, Important Records, Flowers Blossom In The Space, and Hobbit Hole Discs.

She has also released three solo albums such as ‘Films’, ‘Home’ and ‘Gift’ on Ricco Label.

In addition, Yuki Murata also plays in some other projects together with the members of Anoice, such as Rilf (The post-rock band formed by the members of Anoice and Calu, who is the vocalist of matryoshka.), Films (The dark classical music unit, featuring female vocalists.), Cru (The neo-classical music unit formed by Takahiro Kido and Yuki Murata of Anoice), and the frozen vaults) (an ambient music unit formed by Yuki Murata), Dave Dhonau, Tomasz Mrenca, Harry Towell, and Bartosz Dziadosz)

Yuki Murata also took charge of composing music for many commercial films for TV/Webs, movies, events, art magazines, and etc…
