    This is the style Alison should have kept with when Yazoo folded, in fact she should have got even bluesier, rather than the pop rubbish her record label made her put out. My ideal gig is seeing Alison playing with Jools Holland's R & B Orchestra with Joe Bonamassa playing lead guitar and doing a couple of duets with her. Now that would be a great R & B gig :O).

    Not just you Scomatsho. What made Yazoo so great was the combination of her voice and Vince Clarke's kraftwerkian minimalist backdrops. Don't think there's any other band that replicated the big voice and small background in a new wave millieux better.

    I really like Alison Moyet's voice... Upstairs at Eric's was definitely the better release as opposed to You and Me Both although I do love Nobody's Diary and Mr. Blue.
