The Green Album is pretty generic, although I have to admit it's my favourite, because it is so easy to listen to. I think most of Weezer's albums are 8/10. Not outstanding, but well, quite good. I see Weezer as a good pop band as I said in my previous comment. If you want some weird stuff, listen to Mr Bungle.
