About half of the songs from their second album "Make Someone Happy" (recorded 1966) sound very much like the Jefferson Airplane's first two albums. It has been said there was never actually a San Francisco sound as such but these two bands could make the case there was, at least circa 1965-1966. It appears they even played some of the same songs live.

The 'baby boomer' generation of the 50s & 60s really enjoyed their performances & music. Really brings back fond memories while listening via the digital revolution of the internet. God bless ~!

Great band! It's pretty bad that they failed to evolve, like The Byrds for instance, or Jefferson Airplane! Still, an interesting influence on music i think! Beverly and Jackie Deshannon were, i think, one of the first succesful female pop vocalists of America! Grace Slick, Signe Anderson came afterwards!

Interesting how this band ends up on a ton of compilations, yet is so obscure.
