Biography
1) Wata is the guitarist for the experimental Japanese rock band Boris.
2) Wata is a Japanese producer of doujin music, affiliated with the Strawhat circle.
Wata is one third of the notorious Japanese experimental band Boris. She released her first solo effort, “She’s So Heavy,” a 7” split with Japanese folk singer Ai Aso in 2007. Wata is known for her heavy riffs, her fiery solos, and her expertise on using the ebow and experimenting with feedback.

Just to save anyone else being disappointed like I was, I think those two free tracks are by a Hungarian DJ, not the Wata from Boris. I don't speak Hungarian, but from the sounds of it, Altató Dub and Vuk fall into the "daft bint says something uninspired that's supposed to sound real deep over an equally uninspired beat" branch of techno.
