Warren Zevon - Warren Zevon, Excitable Boy. The self-titled album was the one that really made me regret not getting into his music sooner, but Excitable Boy has some great stuff too. The title track deserves a spot in the list of all time greatest upbeat songs about criminally insane murderers, and where would we be in life without Werewolves of London?
Jellyfish - Spilt Milk. Incredibly awesome discoveries in the used section of FYE part 1.
Morphine - Cure for Pain
Secret Chiefs 3 - Book of Horizons. Whatever I thought was the best album of 2004 at the time, this is infinitely better. Somewhat embarrassingly, I bought it at a show from Trey Spruance himself, but did not realize it was him until he actually got on stage.
The Pogues - Rum, Sodomy, and the Lash. It took me a long time to get into this band specifically…
