There are at least two bands called PAUS:
1 - PAUS is also a portuguese band where Hélio Morais (Linda Martini, If Lucy Fell) and Quim Albergaria (ex-The Vicious Five, Caveira) play a siamese drum set, together with Makoto Yagyu (If Lucy Fell, Riding Pânico) on the bass and Fábio Jevelim (Riding Pânico, ex-Men Eater) on the keyboards.
MIUDA is a project with Mel do Monte as face and singer and Pedro Puppe (OIOAI) on the guitar, and along with the production of Tiago Bettencourt and Fred (Orelha Negra) the first song (Com quem eu quero) was recorded. The goal is to add a contemporary electronic approach to the original songs of the group.
Slimmy's first album fuses your local underage rave night with some seriously decent rock riffing and enough pop hooks to keep even your most poptastic listener happy. It is an extraordinary album that is difficult to place yet immediately familiar. Beatsound Loverboy deserves its place in 2008 as pop and rock's freshest sound.
You Can't Win, Charlie Brown is a Portuguese band led by Afonso Cabral and Salvador Menezes. The group formed in late 2009 and with the help of Luís Costa and David Santos released their self-titled debut EP through Optimus Discos in February of 2010.
