Biography

Voodoocult was a German thrash metal project formed in 1994 by Phillip Boa, vocalist of the alternative band Phillip Boa And The Voodooclub. The project was especially notable for the reputation of the participating musicians, such as Chuck Schuldiner (of Death fame), Slayer drummer Dave Lombardo, and Mille Petrozza of the German thrash metal band Kreator. The band released two albums, and disbanded in 1995 after the release of the second LP and a tour.

the only thing i don't like about voodoocult is their vocalist! he totally ruined an album which could be a treasure for thrash metal, but now it's all forgotten and i think it's becouse their lyrics and vocalist.

Voodoocult was not so bad as everybody said. Standart metal record, nothing less, nothing more.

Checked it out... WTF?!?! How could such a superstar line-up go so tragically wrong? I'm pointing my finger at Phillip "sings-only-one-note" Boa, 'cause if any of the other guys'd had any creative imput, it would've been actually at least somewhat interesting. However I'm sad to say... seriously awful :(

add Tom Angelripper there or Steve DiGiorgio and switching Mille to vocals would make this the most badass line up ever.

Poor project, I wish Mille was on vox.
