I saw this movie in a theater and the speakers were HUGE! The showing was at midnight too. Totally fun Friday night! Loved this!!!

This is the greatest concert movie ever made. The soundtrack also kicks ass!

No joke, this movie shaped my musical taste. It's beyond amazing for someone, ANYone to have put together in a movie all the bands that appear in this movie, before they were famous. When this movie was shot, The DK's, Police, Go-go's, Devo, et. al. were absolute nobodies. But to look at the talent on the soundtrack and think "this guy didn't have any foreknowledge" seems almost too unbelievable. That's what makes it so incredible... it IS true.
