About this album

IDE Recordings (US) 22 tracks (105:45)
IDE is an artist collective/netlabel focusing on Independent Dark Electronic music (industrial, dark ambient, noise, dark d&b, dark electro, etc.). Our aim is to bring artists together to achieve common goals. We believe that we can accomplish more working together than we could alone.

Our first action is the release of IDE: Interface Vol. I- a double-album length compilation which is available to download for free from our website: http://www.ide-hq.org. The compilation features 22 tracks from some of the finest acts in underground dark electronics from all over the world: Beatslaughter, Cholostase, CyberLotion, Defrost, Hands of Ruin, Hoi Lul!, Massmördercorp., Phllox, Rapide Sherpa, skin contact, taker 51, Unmorph, and youth a.d. Styles range from haunting dark ambient to pounding rhythmic noise, and many of the tracks are exclusive to this release. In addition to the music, the compilation features some great artwork crafted by the men behind Hoi Lul!/Massmördercorp. & Defrost.
