Multi-instrumentalist/producer Rostam Batmangli said: “This is the first Vampire Weekend song with acoustic guitar. At one point I wanted to rent a Kora to play the parts I was hearing in my head for the end. Even though this song is dark it ends in a place that’s celebratory and cathartic.
