There are at least 5 bands named V2:

1 - A short-lived project by X Japan leader Yoshiki and the legendary Tetsuya Komuro (小室哲哉).
V2 only released one double a-side single called “Haitoku no Hitomi ~Eyes of Venus~” and one live tape in 1991.
Later, in 2003 Yoshiki would join Tetsuya’s group, globe, and release the single “seize the light”.
