“Moving Mountains” is a song recorded by American R&B singer Usher. It was written and produced by Tricky Stewart, Kuk Harrell, and The-Dream for Usher’s fifth studio album, Here I Stand (2008) and released as its third single. The song has since reached number 6 in New Zealand and the top 30 in Ireland, Sweden and on the UK Singles Chart. In the United States, “Moving Mountains” reached number 67 on the Billboard Hot 100 only, making it Usher’s lowest-charting release since 1998’s “Bedtime.”

“Moving Mountains” was released to US radios on June 24, 2008. It was released in Germany on August 8, 2008 to CD single, CD maxi and digital download formats.

The single debuted at number 30 on the New Zealand Top 40, and soared into the top 10 at number six, becoming his second top 10 hit from Here I Stand.

The song debuted on the UK Singles Chart in July 2008 and peaked at number 25, two weeks after the physical release. However, after the physical format was released, the single didn’t rise up the chart, and it stayed at #25, and that was its peak.

The music video to “Moving Mountains” was released on the May 21, 2008. It is a continuation of his previous video for “Love in This Club”, where the club has burned down. Usher is seen going after the girl on his cell phone from “Love in This Club” and it reveals that they actually have some kind of past together. The video ends with Usher on a mountain as another cliffhanger.
