Crom forgive me: I've been jamming classic rock nonstop since I was eight in 1979 and I never jammed Uriah Heep. Then again, no one ever jammed it to me. So, on one hand I'm disappointed in myself for not hearing Heep before and on the other hand I'm happy because LOOK HOW MUCH MUSIC I HAVE TO INVESTIGATE.

The opening riff, especially the keys, remind me very much of a faster version of the opening riff to "In The Court Of The Crimson King". There are a few other allegories to that track much later in the song.

And the guitar comes alive... again. Also I'd very much recommend the Ken Hensley Live Fire orchestral "cover" with unbelievable Eirikur Hauksson on the vocals if you haven't heard it. :) Amazing! Couldn't even find it on Youtube though... it's the sole bonus track on some editions of the KHLF album named Faster.

Among Heep's best songs ever! Everything about this song is amazing ... the bass, the vocals, the keyboards, the guitars, the drums ... everything! Pure masterpiece!
