So if you wake up one morning and it's a particularly beautiful day, you'll know we made it.

Been reading a lot about what exactly happens to Capa at the end: I think he looked into the eye of God. His body was being burned away but his soul lives on without any earthly burdens. Beautiful choice.

Agree. This tune reminds me of early Tangerine Dream. The chosen scenes were excellent. Once in the oxygen processing room and again at the end. Sunshine wasn't a big movie but it was memorable to me and has quietly creeped it's way up my list of favorite 'B' sci-flicks. Too bad the third scene was such a mess but the end sequence kinda makes up for it. In my opinion. The director succeeded in conveying a sense of isolation and desparation. I'll remember this movie as a mellow sci-fi flick thanks to the soundtrack.

the end scene where capa meets the sun and this track plays is one of the most amazing moments i have seen on film in a long time.
