Biography

Underlander is a name of а lo-fi experimental musical project located in Kyiv, Ukraine.
Actually, it consists of the one and only member. Currently, all of the music the author has produced, was set to life with the help of quite simple musical software (sequencers etc.). There goes Constantin: “It’s a sort of experiment to help me in learning to create music, defining myself as a musician, an intimate escape from routine and… a sorta joke:)”
By this day Underlander has the only self-released EP for the appropriately titled ‘Prologue’.

The next project Underlander may come up with is ‘Noisegrains’ (EP?). Since some tracks are available here one may hear that this time the author have gone further than he previously used to with adding atmospheric timbres and pitched keyboards echoing on and on.

In 2009 the author has revealed the plans of revising some of his 2008 ambient works. Put together, all those tracks’ running time is about one and a half hour.

UPD as of Jan.,08, 2010.
- As for today several pieces that have been composed in the last 1.5 years are now revised for further consideration. They will be released via one of internet labels which offer Creative Commons License.
All tracks are resulted from spontaneous work with a guitar and a software and mostly sound like, as Underlander prefers saying, “quazi dark ambient influenced improvisations”.
