    Ulterior are many things, but "new-wave-revival" is most definitely not one of them. And seeing as they've been around for 7 years I don't think they're about to disappear any time soon. And what with The New Thing just being a blog about bands which were around at the same time with a similar sound, which did include Ulterior, you can't really complain about the tag. Beyond the blog it doesn't mean anything.

    I still think Kempers Heads is their best album by far. It's a shame their sound has progressively gotten worse from there.
