Turtle Creek Chorale is an all-volunteer men’s chorus based in Dallas, Texas. It was founded in 1980 with 39 members, a number which has since grown to more than 200 singing members currently. The chorus presents a regular subscription concert series at the Meyerson Symphony Center, a home it shares with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra, in addition to as many as 50 benefit performances annually. Among its accomplishments are three national conventions of the American Choral Directors Association; a command performance for Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom; two appearances at Carnegie Hall; and a library of 40+ published music CDs and DVDs.
