Turtle Creek Chorale is an all-volunteer men’s chorus based in Dallas, Texas. It was founded in 1980 with 39 members, a number which has since grown to more than 200 singing members currently. The chorus presents a regular subscription concert series at the Meyerson Symphony Center
, a home it shares with the Dallas Symphony Orchestra
, in addition to as many as 50 benefit performances annually. Among its accomplishments are three national conventions of the American Choral Directors Association; a command performance for Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom; two appearances at Carnegie Hall; and a library of 40+ published music CDs and DVDs.
