Tuljak (named after weird estonian folk dance and existed 1995-99 in Viljandi) was amongst the first wave of computer bands of Estonia. They performed in early rural rave parties and were massively broadcasted in local radio´s alternative programme Happerynnak (Acid Attack) by Hannes Praks. Their music is a mix of humour, parody and punks-discovering-electro freakout. In 2006 they had one concert reunion and remastered some of their tracks. It appeared as a mp3-download release under Õunaviks (Apple polish) label ( was called “Soos must vöö” (Black Belt In Theme Of Marsh, hint to the marsh that was just nearby Tuljak´s members homes in Paalalinn district of Viljandi and where they used to play as a kids and hang out as a teenagers).
