Romanian Heavy Metal Band

Trooper is a Romanian heavy metal band formed in 1995 in Targoviste , Romania . Free downloads of their entire discography are available at www.trooper.ro.

The Romanian band started on 25 October, 1995 in Târgovişte, Romania. Current lineup includes: Ionuţ “Oscar” Rădulescu (bass), Ionuţ “John” Covalciuc (drums) , Alin “Coiot” Dincă (vocals), Laurenţiu Popa (guitar), and Aurelian “Balaur” Dincă (guitar).
They opened up for many great artists : Iron Maiden,Nazareth, The Rasmus, Blind Guardian, Sepultura , Manowar
They have released 4 albums by now , the last one , Rock N’Roll Pozitiv , being awarded the best Romanian heavy metal album of 2008 by metalhead.com , the band winning the award for best Romanian band .

People, stop arguing around here! It's not our fault that the bands happen to have the same name. And I don't see why you have to say bad things about the Romanian band, when you didn't even listen to their songs or tried to understand them. De ce nu se fac pagini diferite pentru fiecare trupa? Asa nu s-ar mai certa lumea pe aici. Si da, Trooper este una dintre cele mai bune trupe romanesti la ora actuala, daca nu cea mai buna.

Our Trooper is bigger than yours. Mainly because they have more than 3 songs. Otherwise, the Canadian band doesn't sound that bad(nor does it cross any boundaries) for 70s music. Astia compatrioti care injurati trupa aici, o faceti doar sa va dati rotunzi cu basini de mari cultivati intr-ale muzicii. Sau "uite cat sunt eu de destept fata de romanii astia de cacat."
