Ascendancy

Ascendancy is the second studio album by American heavy metal band Trivium. Released on March 15, 2005 by Roadrunner Records, the album charted at number 151 on the American Billboard 200 albums chart though is widely regarded as the band’s ‘breakthrough’ album.Trivium’s Ascendancy peaked at #151 on the US Billboard 200 and at #4 on the US Top Heatseekers charts. In the UK it peaked at #78, and shipped over 100,000 copies - attaining Gold status, without entering the UK top 75. It also won the “Album of the Year Award” from KERRANG! magazine.
