Ophelia, your secret is safe
Ophelia, you must break the chain
Some girls will get their way
Some fathers will control from the grave

Talking about that song she said: "The self harming minds try to gain control that fear has been taking away from them."

This song sounds like it could have come from either Under the Pink or Boys for Pele. It's like a mixture between Marianne and Bells for Her. I love it. Although the album is a progression of sound for her, Tori dips back to her roots and this song is proof of that. Love it :D

This and Garlands at the top of my Tori list post 2003. Really loving 'You know how to lose, but when will you learn to choose.' Such basic rhyme, such passion.

I liked it at the begining but then... no more, I got some kind of bored from the song :(

I *love* it when she doesn't finish on the tonic! Gorgeous. Sublime. Probably my favourite cut on the album, even though Curtain Call is my favourite song.

Greatly put fweller, and everyone else... Tori is Tori, she doesn't have to be anything else for true fans to respect and adore her...she's not the same person as she was way back when, and neither are we...I love L.E, UTP and Pele...but I find myself loving her new albums just as much, in different ways, ...It isn't necessary to love every single song, or every single album...but, why waste your energy complaining about her and her music over and over again (on many different tracks) ... just don't listen to it, and let the rest of us enjoy who and what Tori is and represents...

Cheap version of Garlands or something... Good but just good. Average. Funny how at first her most strong songs where the ones where the piano took overall the song. Nowadays is quite contrary.

Queerella needs to go be queer somewhere else! Get a life! If you don't like her 'boring' music, move on with your life. I am not in love with EVERY one of Tori's songs, but a true fan will appreciate every song regardless of what their personal tastes are. Tori will always be held in a special place in every true fans heart. And if you've ever seen her live, you'd understand better. So, go on now with your life and listen to Hilary Duff or something.
