Biography
Tom Boxer (real name Cosmin Simionic) is a Romanian singer, DJ, music producer and composer. He is famous for his dance hit singles Brasil and Morena.
Before he discovered his passion for composing, he started playing guitar since the age of five. To learn how to make club music Tom decided to leave his native country and go to Great Britain. On his return he released his album Zamorena recorded with jazz vocalist Anca Parghel. The album contains 10 house and dance songs and 3 remixes. Boxer’s next album from 2009 has reggae mixes.
Tom Boxer’s single Brasil achieved great success in the Eastern Europe. For 4 weeks it was the most popular in Romania. It became a hit also in Moldova, Russia and Bulgaria. The music video for Brasil was filmed in Rio de Janeiro. (source: Wikipedia)
