To/Die/For в начале нулевых играли весьма актуальную музыку. Но я бы не стал причислять их стиль к так называемому love-metal : второй альбом финнов демонстрирует отлично записанный,мужественный,но одновременно невероятно трагичный Gothic-Metal. Наслушался этих песен и невольно потянуло на чёрный гардероб - такой отчаянной грустью переполнен надрывный голос вокалиста! Скорбь по прошедшей любви,по уходящему времени сквозит практически во всех песнях. Прекрасные мелодии в лучших треках пластинки Crimson Twins,The Unknown,несколько более оптимистичной(опять же по-сравнению с остальными гимнами осени) Immortal Love надолго западают в душу. Мощнейший боевик Frail Without You(the best! the best!) - абсолютный крик души! А душераздирающая баллада Garden Of Stones вообще вызывает стойкие ассоциации с ранним творчеством EverEve. Альбом изобилует яркими мелодичными гитарными соло,ненавязчивой электроникой и выверенной ритм-секцией. Портит впечатление лишь слащавый женский бэк-вокал. 4+

Thanks for making Garden of Stones one 38 minute song consisting of the last 34 minutes looping one guitarriff to a drumbeat, over and over and over... wrist-slitting fun.

This is a beutiful album :-} Immortal love and Crimson Twins have both got to be the best freaking songs of all time--at the moment..
