Have come to this throught the BBC4 TV documentary on Latin Music in the USA. The Palladium was given full credit, sounds as though LeRoy was in on some historic events.

This is one of the best of Tito Rodriguez tunes. The Dancers loved this one. Anyone want to dance, I'm still good...

Recorded LIVE at The Palladium in 1962. I was there that Night. The House was packed and we danced the night away. The battle of the bands was in full force and effect for all of the regular Palladium crowd. I'm a witness and a devotee of the music.
