Tintern Abbey were a short lived act formed in the London Area in 1967, but the members claimed to be from far flung places such as Vienna and North Africa. The band comprised: David McTavish on vocals and rhythm guitar, Don Smith on lead guitar (later replaced by Paul Brett), Stuart MacKay on bass and drummer John Dalton.
