Biography

Tin Armor is an indie rock/punk band from Columbus, Ohio, formed in 2006 by Matt Golightley (bass), Matt O’Conke (drums), and Matt Umland (guitar). The group is recognized for their short, catchy songs, jangly guitars, and vocal melodies.

Their first release, the critically acclaimed “A Better Place than I Have Been”, was released in 2007 by One Percent Press. In 2008 they added John Umland on Guitar and released a self-titled EP on Whoa Oh records.
