Kotkan meripäivät in the year 1995. A composer Jorma “Jori” Sivonen became interested in his songs. So they started to work together. His own composition, performed by Berit, the song called “Ystäväni, muistathan” succeeded well in the same year 1995. In the next year Mäenpää recorded his one remaining album, “Maailma on sekasin” which contained a minor radio hits: “Liioi liioi lellaa”, “Eduskuntatalo” and “Vellu & vuorineuvos”, all tunes made by Sivonen & Mäenpää. Mäenpää wrote text for composer Pertti Haverinen`s hit song “Sydämeni kahleet”. Tomi Markkola recorded it in the year 2000. Mäenpää was recorded also a few author`s edition solo singles. Sivonen & Mäenpää has wrote also two bigger hits for finnish popular artists, for Anne & Anneli Mattila + Janne Tulkki (“Sielu salamoi”, 2002) and for Markus Törmälä & FBI
Beat (“Pohjoisten tuulien maa”, 2003). Mäenpää has made also music with
