Tim Fischer, born on 12 Born in March 1973 in Delmenhorst Germany, is a cabaret artist, chansonnier and actor. He is a master entertainer, comedian and singer who made his first appearance on stage at the Waldorf school when he was 15. An individual, with his androgynous nature, who can switch mood, tone and voice much more quickly than his many costumes.
