yes it could remember FFVII! by the way, many songs by thrice are so evocative that remind me some full of steam, lights and iron atmospheres belonging to sci-fi cinema, so ffVII is a perfect example... For instance, 'for miles' reminds me in some points visions from the city of blade runnerb .ut maybe it's only for me :)
