Thomas Dybdahl

Biography

Norwegian singer-songwriter, who has released 4 albums, all with critical acclaim and commercial success in Norway and Denmark as well. Before he went solo, he was the guitarist in the Norwegian band Quadraphonics.

He is also the lead singer in The National Bank, which consists of members from Jaga Jazzist and BigBang. Thomas did the vocals on a few tracks for the popular British band Morcheeba, on their album “Dive Deep” released in 2008.

His music is melancholic and soulful - often low-key, in traditional singer-songwriter style. He is often compared to the likes of similar artists such as Damien Rice, Jeff Buckley and Nick Drake.
