This The Rescue, since their recent conception, has started to capture the music scene at a stunning rate. The Baltimore based 5 piece came out of complete obscurity to beat hundreds of bands in a year long competition, winning them a recording package with which they released their first EP, We All Feel The Same. In under 6 months time, TTR has established a solid fan base, opened for several touring bands, released their EP, and headlined one of the areas premier venues, Recher Theatre.

Their music, hope inspired rock and roll, offers a fresh look into tragedy, redemption and the lies that seperate the two. Given those themes, This The Rescue partnered with The Mentoring Project, an organization that provides mentors for fatherless youth.

On March 12, 1011 the band released their first full length album, We Were Ghosts.
