Toronto, Canada

The Wilderness of Manitoba are a band from Toronto, Canada, comprising of Stefan Banjevic, Will Whitwham, Amanda Balsys, Scott Bouwmeester and Sean Lancaric. They released their debut EP ‘Hymns Of Love And Spirits’ in 2009 and their second full length album ‘When You Left the Fire’ in 2010. They are set to release their third album ‘Island Of Echoes’ in the late summer/early fall of 2012.

    I was at the record store around a year ago and saw your "When you Left the Fire". I had never head of it before, but judging by the band's name and cover art, my first guess was Indie Folk. I decided to go on impulse and just pick it up. I got home, checked it out and I was right. It was Indie Folk, and not only that, but it was good. I hope you guys do well.
